The tranquillity of the nearby wooded area and Westminster Abbey will provide residents with a tranquil and relaxing environment. In addition, the site's proximity to excellent schools and a university makes it ideal for families with children or individuals pursuing higher education. The site also offers convenient access to essential amenities, including stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and a fitness center. Residents can easily reach these establishments without having to travel far from home. For commuters, the Westcoast Express, located just a 5-minute drive away, provides a hassle-free way to get downtown. Overall, the Vista condo site's location perfectly balances peace and convenience. Residents will quickly recognize the benefits and enjoy living in this area and all it offers.

We thought we'd need to pay the higher prices and compromise on a small unit near Vancouver to get the airport access we needed for our travelling lifestyle, but Vista at Westminster Plateau is just a short drive away from the West Coast Express commuter rail system to get to downtown Vancouver, 10 minutes from the Abbotsford airport with the flights we need, or even a surprisingly lovely drive to YVR in less than an hour. After seeing Westminster, all the other areas seemed crowded, noisy, built up, and couldn't compare. Our almost 1,000-square-foot suite comes with two parking spaces, a locker, two balconies, and design finishes included that would be expensive upgrades anywhere else. The developer had quality built right into their base price. The purchase experience was a dream...professional, approachable, accommodating, and knowledgeable. It felt more like a collaboration than a purchase and sale. Vista at Westminister Plateau, for us, is a quality development with smart, well-designed floor plans in a peaceful, natural setting with the amenities we need. Mission is up and coming, and we want to be a part of it.
